How to Register

You can gain access to customer-specific features at Citilabs’ Web site, like product support and downloads, by registering and logging in when visiting.

To register at Citilabs.com

1. Go to www.citilabs.com and under Login in the navigation bar, click Need to register?

2. On the Register page, enter identifying information and select any newsletters you would like to receive.

At a minimum, you must enter:

First name
Last name
E-mail address
User name
Password
Confirmation of password
Security question (enter the answer to the calculation prompted)

3. Click Register.

Citilabs will create your account and send an e-mail message to the address you entered.

4. Open the e-mail message, and click the link indicated.

A new browser opens indicating that Citilabs activated your account.

You can now log in to your account.

To log in to your account

1. Under Login in the navigation bar, enter the Username and Password you created when registering.

2. Click OK.

The My Citilabs page opens. You can now navigate to pages accessible to registered users.
